TIPPING POINT COMMUNITY INVESTS OVER $33 MILLION IN 2017 NORTH BAY FIRE RECOVERY EFFORTS

SAN FRANCISCO (October 9, 2018) — Today, Tipping Point Community, a non-profit organization working to break the cycle of poverty in the Bay Area, announced it has raised and allocated $33.8 million to organizations supporting low-income communities hit hardest by last year’s deadly fires in Sonoma, Napa, Lake, and Mendocino Counties

SAN FRANCISCO (May 4, 2018) — More than 1,000 people joined together for Tipping Point Community’s 12th annual Benefit last night, raising a total of more than $14 million, to support organizations fighting poverty in the Bay Area. The event, that explored connection through a theme of The Common Thread, is the San Francisco Bay Area’s largest in the fight against poverty.

Band Together Bay Area Announces Detailed Concert Lineup

 Metallica, Dead & Company, Dave Matthews & Tim Reynolds, G-Eazy, Rancid and Raphael Saadiq will take the stage at AT&T Park on Thursday, November 9. Doors open at 4:30 and guests are encouraged to be in their seats no later than 5:45 p.m. for an interfaith blessing from members of the San Francisco Interfaith Council, followed by a video tribute to the resilience and strength of the North Bay communities impacted by the firestorm.
