Our Work to Partner + Strengthen OrganizationsWe’ve learned in our nearly 20 years that it’s not enough to only provide an intervention at the moment it’s needed. It’s also essential to understand the root causes of poverty and invest in ways that prevent those challenges in the first place. We dig deep into the issues we’re fighting to solve and use those learnings to change systems for maximum impact.

Tipping Point empowers JobTrain to continually grow and improve both tactically and strategically. With Tipping Point’s support, JobTrain has built a more competent and healthy team, strengthened our impact evaluation capabilities, refreshed our brand during a period of growth and change, and much more.
What I treasure about our partnership with Tipping Point is that we address our challenges together as partners. I know that when I confide in Talia, our program officer, she will serve as a trusted thought partner. And whether we're facing a challenge or considering an opportunity, she will also consider it through the lens of how Tipping Point can leverage targeted investments to support our goals.
