Carol Kim

Carol is excited about collaborating with her colleagues at Tipping Point to ensure that everyone in the Bay Area has an opportunity to thrive. Her experience as a Community Fellow at the United Way of Metropolitan Dallas sparked her curiosity about how organizations utilize resources to maximize impact. Prior to joining Tipping Point, she honed her finance and strategy skills at Unilever and ESPN. Carol graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a finance concentration and received an MBA from the Yale School of Management. A New York native, she possesses an affinity for urban runs, an appreciation for one-pot recipes, and a penchant for puns.
