Our Effort

Emerging Leaders Fellowships is a capacity building effort that aims to:

  • Help nonprofits reflect diversity of communities they serve
  • Fill in organizational and sector-wide gaps
  • Address additional burdens placed on leaders of color

Through this program, Tipping Point provides customized career coaching, a support system of peers, opportunities to cultivate their personal leadership style, and an alumni network to foster community and provide support for leaders of color throughout their career.
 

2021 Program Evaluation Results

Graduates of the Emerging Leaders Fellowship made progress on:

Among findings:

95% reported taking on greater responsibilities
89% reported that their career opportunities increased
84% said that their salaries increased
58% received a promotion
