Preventing Family Homelessness in San Francisco
One of the key factors to ending homelessness is to prevent it from occurring in the first place.
Tipping Point’s Family Homelessness Prevention Pilot, an $11 million investment in partnership with the City and County of San Francisco, provides wrap-around services for families at risk of homelessness and strengthens the network of available support.
