Tipping Point Privacy Notice

Tipping Point Community, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and related entities (together, “Tipping Point”, “us” or “we”), is committed to safeguarding the privacy of users (“you” or “your”) of our website (the “Site”). This Privacy Notice (“Notice”) applies to your use of the Site and generally the services we offer, including when you visit or interact with us in person (collectively, the “Service”).

This Policy is part of Tipping Point’s Terms of Use. By using our Service, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to the provisions in both our Terms of Use and this Notice; if you do not accept, please do not use our Service.

Tipping Point reserves the right to change this Notice at any time at its sole discretion. We may still email you individual updates about your participation in our Service (i.e., transactional emails), even after you unsubscribe from promotional emails.

Children’s Privacy

Our Service is not targeted at children under 18 and any children under 18 should not use our Site without parental or guardian consent to both use the Services and be bound by our Terms of Use and this Notice. We do not intentionally collect information from children under the age of 18, and do not have actual knowledge of sharing Personal Data of a child under the age of 18.
