Allison joined Tipping Point Community after more than two years leading West Coast fundraising for the Child Mind Institute, a national non-profit working to support children struggling with mental health and learning disorders. Prior to Child Mind Institute, Allison was the Director of Development for Performing Arts Workshop and worked in major gifts for the San Francisco Symphony. She earned an MA Arts Policy and Management from Birkbeck College in London and a BS in Journalism from Northern Illinois University. A true Midwesterner, Allison enjoys live concerts and arts performances, visiting the Russian River area, and taking her rescue terrier for walks at Fort Funston.
