Carly Brown

As a Bay Area native, Carly feels deeply connected to Tipping Point’s mission. Her childhood in the Haight-Ashbury provided an education on San Francisco’s unique history and complex structural inequity, and her path since reflects a desire to preserve and support communities like the one she grew up in. Prior to joining Tipping Point, Carly received her B.A. in Government specializing in International Conflict and Middle Eastern Studies from Dartmouth College. She has worked with various direct service nonprofits throughout her early career, and now looks forward to specializing in philanthropic fundraising. When she’s not in the office, Carly loves seeing local live music and supporting Bay Area sports teams – Go Giants!
