Erin Maxwell

Erin is a Development Associate at Tipping Point, where she supports fundraising research and donor engagement to drive resources toward Bay Area communities facing poverty. Before joining Tipping Point, Erin worked at Root Capital—a nonprofit that invests in agricultural enterprises to support smallholder farmers—where she managed fundraising research and donor relationships to strengthen fundraising operations. She previously supported partnerships and operations at Oxfam America and Fidelity Labs, and earned her B.A. in International Affairs and Economics from Northeastern University. Outside of work, you’ll find her backpacking in the Sierras, reading, and exploring the Bay Area’s best coffee spots.
