Kenneth brings expertise in data analytics and social impact measurement to Tipping Point’s fight against poverty in the Bay Area. As the Learning and Evaluation Manager for the Housing and Employment portfolios, he leads measurement of grantee and portfolio performance, tracks progress on core metrics, and manages research and learning projects. Previously at Pacific Community Ventures, Kenneth led analytics and evaluation for a community development loan fund serving BIPOC and low-income entrepreneurs. His research on wealth-building, quality jobs, and racial equity has helped shape investment strategies that address systemic barriers to economic opportunity. Kenneth graduated with Honors in Economics from Oberlin College. Outside the office, he paddles for an outrigger canoe club, enjoys winging it in the kitchen, and volunteers in San Francisco Japantown.
