Lindsey is interested in how people learn and behave, and that curiosity has driven her career in education and talent development. She has spent nearly 20 years helping people of all ages learn new skills and develop their talents. Most recently, she served as Managing Director of Reading Partners, where she led the learning and development strategy and people operations of a regional team. Before becoming Managing Director, Lindsey served as the Bay Area Program Director of Reading Partners, helping scale the program and increase its impact. Lindsey also worked as a special education teacher at a Bay Area Title I elementary school. She has a MA in Learning and Instruction from University of San Francisco, and is a graduate of University of Colorado Boulder with degrees in Psychology and Spanish. Lindsey is an avid soccer fan and loves puzzles of any kind.
