Marin is interested in supporting organizations, people, and communities who work to advance positive impact for underserved communities. Prior to joining Tipping Point, Marin worked with several direct-service and policy organizations in the Bay Area: Friends of the Children – SF Bay Area, The Education Trust-West, and Civicorps. Marin supported each of these organizations with their internal and program operations to advance their missions in serving folks in the greater Bay Area and California. Marin holds a General Studies Associate’s degree from Portland Community College and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley. Marin is an avid sports fan, supporting the Warriors, Liverpool, and Raiders. She also loves to discover new books to read and explore coffee shops in the Bay Area.
