Sarah Rhee joins Tipping Point with over a decade of experience advancing education equity through school leadership, philanthropy, and advocacy.
Most recently, she served as Principal at Invictus Academy, an independent public charter school in Richmond that she helped launch as a founding teacher. Under her leadership, the school achieved significant academic growth, scaled its program to serve grades 7-12, and celebrated its first graduating class with 100% of graduates accepted to post-secondary institutions. Sarah has also worked at the Chamberlin Education Foundation, managing strategic initiatives to increase access to high-quality public schools in West Contra Costa, and at Education Matters, where she supported successful advocacy efforts. Sarah’s work is grounded in a deep belief in equity, the power of community, and systems change—values that align with Tipping Point’s mission.
Sarah is a graduate of Virginia Tech. On weekends, she can be found at the gym, on a trail, at the pottery studio, or getting lost in a good book.
