Hear from Sam Cobbs, Tipping Point CEO, on how POC-Led Executive Fellowship equips leaders of color with the resources needed to address the Bay Area’s challenges.
POC-Led Executive Fellowship, Tipping Point’s program designed by and for leaders of color, was born out of our belief that it is critical for the racial diversity of a community to be reflected in the leadership of the nonprofits it is being served by. In our first cohort, seven grantee leaders received unrestricted funding for their organizations, tailored partnership to support them where it was needed most, and networking opportunities, all while collaborating and creating our inaugural Fellowship to support them on their journey towards even greater and more equitable community impact.
POC-Led Executive Fellowship is just one offering in Tipping Point’s broader work to partner with and strengthens nonprofits. We build trusted relationships with each grantee to support where they are today and help them unlock their full potential so more individuals can move from poverty to prosperity.
