POC-Led: Impact Through Equity, Tipping Point’s program designed by and for leaders of color, was born out of our belief that it is critical for the racial diversity of a community to be reflected in the leadership of the nonprofits it is being served by. In our first cohort, seven grantee leaders received unrestricted funding for their organizations, tailored partnership to support them where it was needed most, and networking opportunities, all while collaborating and creating our inaugural Fellowship to support them on their journey towards even greater and more equitable community impact.
